As Michael Jackson sang it:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u201cI&#8217;m Starting With The Man In<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>The Mirror &#8230; I&#8217;m Asking Him To Change<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>His Ways<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>And No Message Could Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Been Any Clearer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>If You Wanna Make The World<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>A Better Place<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u2026 Take A Look At Yourself, And<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Then Make A Change\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Most of us spend so much time criticizing other people (this is a major personal fault of mine, certainly), but this is really just destructive. Sure, they are hard to stick to, but there is no harm in TRYING to be better. In fact, I think one of the most beautiful things about human beings is that <strong>we are always trying to be better<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A <strong>vision of our better future selves drives so much of what we do<\/strong> \u2013 getting an education, getting married, starting a family \u2013 and of course, starting to get fitter and healthier.<\/p>\n<p>So I am kicking off 2016 by adopting a healthier lifestyle. I am going to be eating better and exercising more. I plan to get much fitter this year! I plan to ensure that I live longer, so that I can continue to enjoy being with my loved ones for that much longer. I am much inspired by the fact that my new grandson has just been born. Funny thing is &#8211; I tried to write something that would cut though all the confusion and just simplify matters. And I succeeded &#8211; by the time I was finished, I had <strong>inspired ME<\/strong>! I am going to be doing my own basic <strong>Bike Training Plan<\/strong>, and I hope you will do it with me! (I will have to start on Phase 2, because I already have the Mission for Phase 1 covered &#8211; but it has been a long time since I did interval training, and writing the post reminded me of how effective and valuable interval training is).<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">So, going into 2016, let\u2019s take a look in the mirror and \u2026<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>MAKE THAT CHANGE! <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0I\u2019m working on my resolutions right now.
