Update June 2020:<\/strong> Since I wrote this, Garmin introduced the Garmin Edge 520 Plus, and also the Edge 530. They are better than the Edge 520 because they have much better pre-loaded maps. The 53o even has some navigation abilities. BUT, if you don’t care about navigation, this is very good news for you, because the price of the Edge 520 has dropped HUGELY, making it an exceptionally good deal right now.
