Is Your Priority to Track Your Health or Track Your Workouts?<\/h2>\n

Most health and fitness trackers will be better at either health tracking or fitness tracking (that is, tracking your workouts). So, when you decide which one to buy, your first consideration should be whether you want an excellent fitness tracker that also does some health tracking, OR you want an excellent health tracker that also does some fitness tracking.<\/p>\n

If your priority is tracking your health stats then the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic<\/strong><\/a> is a no-brainer. However, if your priority is your workouts, then you are best off looking at the Garmin Fenix 7<\/strong><\/a>. This premium tracker is pretty much the Rolls Royce of sports trackers. It also does all the other stuff, but health tracking is not its priority.
