I find these glasses to be lightweight and very comfortable &#8211; without costing an arm and a leg.\u00a0 I also prefer the full frame glasses because I find them to be more durable.<\/p>\n<h2>Good for Men and Women<\/h2>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3gp7CJS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ryders Polarized Sports Sunglasses<\/a> are marketed as good for men and women, and I would agree with this.<\/p>\n<h2>Not Just for Sports<\/h2>\n<p>I also like the fact that my\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3gp7CJS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ryders Polarized Sports Sunglasses<\/a> don&#8217;t scream sport glasses. They just look cool, so I can wear them off bike too.<\/p>\n<p>Not only that, but\u00a0\u00a0the lenses are hydrophobic &#8211; a fancy way of saying they are <strong>water resistant, and also anti-fog<\/strong>. Living in a Rain Forest, the humidity is constant, winter and summer. As the sun\u2019s intensity increases we need all the UV protection we can get.<\/p>\n<h2>Ryders Polarized Sports Sunglasses work differently in cars than on bikes<\/h2>\n<p>What makes these glasses perfect for cyclists is that the photochromic effect works when riding bikes, but not when driving cars! That&#8217;s because car windscreens have UV screening, but UV rays are necessary for the photochromic reaction to take place. It&#8217;s <strong>much like the way your pupils adjust to different levels of light<\/strong> &#8211; you don&#8217;t realize it&#8217;s happening &#8211; it just does, so that your pupils are the correct size all the time.<\/p>\n<h2>Bottom Line on the Ryders Polarized Sports Sunglasses<\/h2>\n<p>My <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3gp7CJS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ryders Sunglasses<\/a> are not as fabulous as Joe&#8217;s prescription Adidas cycling glasses, which <a href=\"https:\/\/averagejoecyclist.com\/review-adidas-cycling-glasses-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">he reviewed here<\/a>. But on the other hand, mine are NOT prescription, and I could buy several pairs for the price Joe paid for one pair of\u00a0 prescription Adidas cycling glasses.<\/p>\n<p>My <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3gp7CJS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ryders Sunglasses<\/a> rate a Gold Bike Star because they work so well, yet are <strong>so affordable!<\/strong> (A
